We no longer cover any E Cigarettes, pods, nicotine pouches or vapes by any warranty because of the following reasons:

These products are a oral product therefore for purposes of hygiene we cannot accept them back in returns for inspection.

Claims for a lack of taste cannot be validated by ourselves due to the hygiene reasons mentioned above and will not be covered by any warranty.

All puff counts are a guide from the manufacturer.

Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s incorrect, contact us immediately so we can correct this

We unfortunately do not accept any exchanges because products sold are orally consumed, and therefore due to hygiene reasons can not be exchanged.
